Not a Bad Vacuum for under $100: Dirt Devil M085805

Pros: cheap, effective, quiet, great for use on hard floors or carpet
Cons: bagless compartment is difficult to remove, hose often clogs
The Bottom Line: This isn't a bad vacuum for somebody who doesn't have much to clean and just needs something simple.

Review: I hate buying new appliances; they are expensive, and you never know how well you can expect them to work.
When my $200somethingdollar vacuum broke, I vowed to buy a cheaper one; apparently, a high price does not always equal quality.

Pros: Canister holds a large amount of debris. Easy to remove and replace the canister.
Cons: Big and clunky. Not easy to manuever around furniture. The filters are costly.
The Bottom Line: If you are after durability this is the one you want.

Cons: Poor construction, extremely noisy, doesn't pick anything up, blows fuzz everywhere, filter clogs too easily
The Bottom Line: For the sake of your sanity, spend the extra money to buy a nicer vacuum cleaner.
