Love to cook with gas

Pros: Quick gas cooking, excellent variable controls, stable continuous grates.
Cons: Black ceramic glass is a royal pain to clean. Simmer is a tad high.
The Bottom Line: Cooking with it is a joy; I love cooking again! But I hate cleaning it; that black glass shows every streak and bit of dust.
