Pros: Inexpensive, reliable, refill less often than desktop humidifiers.
Cons: Rattles and vibrates, tanks are hard to fill and sometimes fail to drain completely.
The Bottom Line: This humidifier is a decent low-cost alternative for humidifying a large bedroom or small to medium living space.

Pros: Easy to set up, relatively inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality design and construction, Tanks empty inappropriately, misrepresenting true tank capacity,not 11 gallon
The Bottom Line: I'm going to return them. I do not recommend.

Pros: good output, fan noise not annoying
Cons: you have to keep juggling the tanks otherwise the unit shuts off! Get another model!

Review: I second one of the reviews here -- the tanks do not drain properly, thus the unit must be babysat.

I called zak.com (who actually manufactures these, not Honeywell) and the only advice I got was to shake the tanks after filling to get rid...
