Cons: No real user manual. Web access required to program
The Bottom Line: If you have a relatively complex home theater setup, this remote is a wonderful addition. Even with the cons, I highly recommend it.

Outstanding remote (if you know how to program it)

Pros: Excellent programmability, usability, ergonomics, convenience
Cons: Web interface awkward; need to re-program multiple times to get settings right
The Bottom Line: Recommended as long as you are willing to put in the time to get it setup just right and are not frustrated by web-based programming.

Pros: Internet programming. Can actually operate ALL components and features, unlike other 'universal' remotes.
Cons: Buttons are easier on other remotes I have used.
