Good Camera, HORRIBLE Support

Pros: Good, compact camera with many features. Works GREAT with Apple's iMovie via FireWire
Cons: Customer Service STINKS! Will probably never buy a JVC product because of previous experience.

Pros: DV in/out, LCD, Perfect size, 25x optical, Inexpensive.
Cons: The zoom control takes a little getting used to, but that's it.
The Bottom Line: Looking for an inexpensive quality camera? This is the one.
