Pros: Nice optics Low Price Object Database
Cons: No view finder (not a big deal) More lens would be nice.
The Bottom Line: If you want to do easy astronomy and have fun in your backyard and learn a little something this is it

Review: I received this telescope as a gift for Christmas and I must say that it really is a fun little scope. I also have a Bushnell 450 and this by far is more enjoyable to use.

Pros: Perfect for school-age astronomy science lessons
Cons: Options quickly double the purchase price
The Bottom Line: If you're serious about astronomy, this isn't the model to start with. But for the price, it's a wonderful introduction to a fascinating hobby.

Pros: Accurate and robust Autostar, decent tracking, reasonably well-built.
Cons: Small. Focuser knob hard to reach when scope pointing up. Fork mount vibrates.
The Bottom Line: There are better choices out there, although this one is a decent choice.
