Are you kidding ??

The Bottom Line: In a word, Useless. In two words, useless, frustrating. In three words, useless, frustrating, stupid.
Review: This has to be one of the stupidest exercises in home cleaning. A LOUD, HEAVY machine that hardly pulls any air. It comes with some of the worst designed tools / attachments in history. Did these geniuses EVER stop to see if it worked ?? Guess not...

more expensive to repair than replace

Review: I paid approximately $300.00 only 2 1/2 years ago! It was well rated. I was replacing a less expensive upright vacuum. I was pleased with pick-up power on carpeting (I have several pets) but on board hand tools are awkward and hard to use on stairs...

I hate this vacuum

The Bottom Line: Get a different vacuum. It's expensive and heavy. This one sucks but not the way a vacuum should.
