Pros: PRICE!! Easy installation, small, sounds great with stock or nearly stock stereo
Cons: Not your sub if you're looking for something to blur your vision with power
The Bottom Line: Can't beat this price and it sounds awesome. It will make your stock or nearly stock stereo system sound like you paid a lot of money to upgrade it.

Pros: Excellent sound, easy to remove if you need the space, good price/value
Cons: Doesn't include remote control
