Nice Phone - Terrible Customer Service

Pros: Good features, good sound. Easy to use buttons.

Cons: Non existent customer service. Poor visibility on CallerId screen

Review: This is quite a nice phone. We have it installed in out kitchen and it serves us pretty well for a general use corded telephone. It has a battery for the caller Id memory, but the phone itself is powered from the line so it works in emergencies...
