Love it - Hate it - don't purchase it.

Pros: A very nice looking refrigerator. Cool french doors with innovative closing mechanism.
Cons: poor manufacturing of the freezer door handle. poor documentation and communications.
The Bottom Line: don't purchase due for the reasons stated in review. Sears service was pretty good though, they did try to fix it.

Pros: Love the French door. Owned one for 20 years but it was outdated.
Cons: Hate the noise! It gets on my nerves.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this model. Mine will be out the door when our service contract is up unless there's a way to make it quiet.
