Bad experience with Air-O-Swiss

Pros: Unit is compact and pretty
Cons: Need to buy the silver stick ($30) separately. Bad customer service.
The Bottom Line: An important component (the ionic silver stick) was not included with the unit. Bad customer service.

Review: Hi ~ I specifically bought this machine because it said that it didn't spew white dust all over. WRONG ! It does, while it's not that much, it IS why I chose this one, because it said it didn't ! So much for truth in advertising.
