Although the CLS sedan hasn't even hit showrooms yet, Mercedes is already working on a high-performance AMG version to bolster the lineup. It will likely use the same supercharged 5.5-liter V8 found in the current E55 super sedan. With nearly 500 horsepower, the CLS55 should be good for zero to 60 in less than six seconds.

Pros: styling, performance, economy (for me) comfort
Cons: Nav system, poor tire life, fly by wire
The Bottom Line: If you have the spare cash this is a great ride. I'm already looking to replace this with an '09 CLS63

Pros: Build Quality, Powerful, Seamless transmission, awesome body style for a 4 door car, smooth lines
Cons: tight headroom in the rear, no massage or cooling seat option
The Bottom Line: The 2006 CLS 500 is well worth your time and money. People will gauk at the car.

Great Looking Car, must read

Pros: looks speed luxury, comfort
Cons: price tag, just close your eyes and pay up, its worth it
The Bottom Line: I strongly recommend buying this car only if you can afford it. The body is great and there wont be many on the road. It is well worth it.
