Pros: Even more power, refinement, Improved interior quality
Cons: No exclusivity factor, interior styling with optional packages.
The Bottom Line: Finally, a Mustang I could live with.

Is the V6 a fitting engine for the Mustang? (link to review of the GT)

Pros: V6 now worthy of the car, excellent value for the money
Cons: Low on refinement, traction in the wet, all of the expected weaknesses
The Bottom Line: The Mustang finally has a worthy base engine. Just get better tires and you'll be set.

Looking back, a review of the V6 Mustang One Year Later

Pros: V6 acceleration fastest under $20k, trunk space has increased, tall people fit in front seats
Cons: Gas mileage is poor, lack of comfort in backseats, plastics abound, radio console looks dated
The Bottom Line: The 2006 Mustang V6 Deluxe Coupe has decent performance for it's class ($20k coupes), and handles quite well on the road. Just be weary of roominess, comfort and blindspot clearance.
