Randomly, I found this site by using a search engine when looking for Epson inkjet ink. I thought about buying Epson ink, but then realized that since my printer was already out of warranty, any ink would probably do.

I placed the order with a bit of hesitancy. Most reviews I read were 'fair' at best; beside this, most of these reviews were fairly old. Nonetheless, I decided to chance and and purchased the four cartridges I needed at a significant price-- $24 (USD), shipping included.

I was really surprised when the package arrived only four business days later-- from all the way across the country! So far, I have had no problems at all with these products; they all seem to be working properly.

I ordered Dymo 30258 Diskette labels for Dymo printer and received labels for Seiko printer. I email and explain the problem and asked for RMA. This was the response that I received, "Thank you for your purchase and this email. Actually the tapes are correct. The Dymo Corporation was purchased by the Seiko Corporation, Dymo now is now called Dymo-Seiko-Seiko Corporation. Duane F. O'Neil"

I responded with "Thank you for the information, but the labels I received will not work on the Dymo Turbo printer. I need to return them for credit."

I never received a RMA or a reply.

Have been using FJA for Canon ink for some time now. They are the only on-line ink site that carries the Canon OEM ink that I have found, except for Canon itself, which is more expensive. They always ship exactly what I ordered quickly and in good condition. I will stay with them untill they don't.

There was no problem in finding the merchandise by searching the manufacturer and item number. Then the ordering process was straight forward.

This order was placed on a Friday afternoon via the internet and it came Monday! This type of service is just about impossible here in rural Colorado. I never heard of them before but should I need any products they carry they will certainly get my order.

It was quick, and easy to order online; but they sent me an entirely different product; the packing slip listed the correct item, but the product in the envelope was something completely different, and the instructions on the packing slip said that I could contact customer service is disatisfied, but also that they would not pay for return shipping; haven't contacted them yet; waiting for monday; but I really needed the item I ordered expeditiously and this creates yet one more hassle in a world full of hassles; it's hard to feel good about a company when the first order (and a very simple one at that) placed with them is so utterly messed up.

My experience was very good. I just went on line, put in the type of machine I own, asked for ribbons and correcting ribbons and the receommended list came up. I found the ones which corresponded to the spent ones on my typewriter, selected them, went to the protected area, filled out the necessary information and sent my order on its way. It arrived in three days, filled correctly, in good shape. Thank you very much for your service.

They were one of two company's on the internet that had the product I was looking for. Of the two, they were the least expensive and they offered free shipping.
