Partially my fault as the shipping and billing address were different and they wouldn't approve but they told me to contact AMEX to add shipping as alternate address which I did. The answer me to say that it worked but eventually got tracking info. I ordered a refurbished phone but it was cosmetically poor. I did not realize that refurbished meant poor cosmetic condition even if it works fine. I took the guts out of their phone and put it in my old phone that was broken, so it looked better and worked the well.

Metrolinedirect was fine...the equipment itself isn't performing as well as I'd like. I need to work with it more before I form a final opinion.
