their link to amazon is too indirect. this kept them from sending me another turntable after the original was damaged in shipping and returned by shipper without me knowing it. after they notified me of this, i purchased the item from another dealer even though it was priced higher.

The experience was positive. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the product I wanted had discontinued the item. The seller wrote me that in good time. So my rating for this seller is based on advertising an item that was no longer available.

Repeated attempts to cancel the order failed even though product hadn't shipped yet. Product wasn't shipped until almost 3 weeks after order was placed. Ritz camera finally got the shipment turned around on the day it was to be delivered to me. I never received the product and still got charged shipping. Their customer service is totally incompetent. I would never order from Ritz again.

8 of the cases were rec'd broken in the package. Understandable as they are very cheap product. I was given a $25.00 gift certificate to use, but when I had made the payment with PayPal, I was informed it could not be used that way. That was a cheap way out of helping pay for my complete order. Did not contact company as to the broken sleeves as did not feel the hassle was worth it. Sorry folks...

I was surprised and pleased to find such an extensive supply of scrapbooking supplies. I didn't like the cost of shipping per item but i was able to find enough things to buy to get free shipping. The shipping factor would keep me from shopping until I need a bunch of stuff. I was a little disappointed in the gray linen 12x12 binder. It isn't pretty. I Wanted a brown album and you were out of stock.

Product was listed "In Stock". Ordered product with express shipping. Three days later, no pruduct. When I called I was told that the last one was probably taken and the item was backordered. The status needs to be updated in a timely manner or contact the purchaser immediately so they can make other arrangements, if necessary. They called back later in the day stating it was being shipped the next day. I shouldn't have to call when it doesn't arrive to find out the status.

I received multiple obscure emails stating that I had not been forgotten but not explaining why my order was not fulfilled. I had already received 2 packages from another merchant before I received a phone explaining that there was a problem with my method of payment. This merchant's website and method of processing information was absolutely unacceptable and un-intuitive to the typical customer.

The first customer service rep did not complete the order. The second customer service rep took care of the problem and I canceled the order due to Ritz Camera's inability to successfully complete an internet then a telephone followup of the order. Again, the second and final customer service rep was great.

Although they didn't stock all the items I was looking for, they had a good selection and carried items I didn't find on another site. Their pricing was good, shipping reasonable. I've shopped with them before and will again. The products have always arrived promptly and in perfect conditon.

This was my worst shopping experience online. First they don't accept paypal for international billing address. They need a fax to be sent for billing details. I sent the fax twice to them, without any response from the billing department. Customer service were always TRYING to get an update for me, without any real update. They are a bunch of unprofessionals who don't know how to run their business. There is clear lack of co-ordination. Instead of trying to solve a problem, they are more than happy to cancel the order.

worst customer service ever! never received any help from customer service, couldn't understand them on the phone, they would not cancel the order for me, and after a month received an email advising the product is no longer available, I made one phone call to a competitor and the item was shipped the same day, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The web site deaign and layout is overly crowded and communicates poorly. The shipping was SLOW; I placed orders on four sites in 2 hours. Ritz Camera was the last to ship and the only one who did notship within 24 hours. I will not order from Ritz Camera again.

This was the worst experience possible. Product was not shipped in time frame promised. After waiting extra days for information, I finally cancelled the order. At that point, they shipped the item to me but before it could arrive, they recalled it from FedEx so I never received it. The charge is STILL on my credit card and I am forced to go thru my credit card company to resolve the issue.

I ordered a 10 pack of Minidiscs and a 5 pack. They sent me an e-mail canceling the 10 pack. They sent two 5 packs. I thought they adjusted my credit card bill accordingly, so I was surprised when they sent me an e-mail in broken English asking for more money. The e-mail did not provide a reply address, so I had to search the RitzCamera website to find out that information. Each response I got in my correspondence with them did not really answer my questions and was in broken English. I found them to be irresponsible and disorganized.

I will still waiting for answer from the warehouse on why was order was not fully shipped. Everytime I asked for a status update the warehouse had to contacted and that took a week if not longer to get answer from them. So I am not statisfied with the check order status since it required information an answer from the warehouse always to days.
