My experience with zZounds was great - no problems. I ordered online and the package came the day scheduled - my complaint would be with UPS, the shipping company, as the package came very late in the day (6 pm) and we waited around all day for it because we didn't want it left on the porch. And when it did come, the delivery guy THREW the box from the ground up onto the porch, where it landed with a THUD! When I opened the larger box (which was at least three times as big as the smaller box inside), there was no peanuts or packing bubbles, just a smaller box, and I thought it would surely be damaged, considering how UPS had handled the package. Fortunately the effects board was fine, but I was not impressed with the "shipping & handling" process, especially when I realize that I PAID for that crappy service, too.

Guitar Center wanted to add a extra 20.00 shipping fee for Each of the two items. You did not and they were shipped to my home address and the delivery person helped to carry them inside for me (FedEx). You prices are lower than Guitar Center by 20.00 on each of the items and one was out of stock. Good Job zZounds.
