Terrible customer service. Complete run around. 10 days after I paid for the product PLUS full Ground shipping fees and they are SUPPOSEDLY shipping it now. They won't provide tracking. I have had to ask several times. I'D NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Maybe I will receive the order.. if not I have the pleasure of disputing the charge with visa. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
