I ordered a replacement laptop battery from USBPhoneworld and was promised delivery in 10 days. It took two months to receive my battery, and the delivery method they chose (US Postal Service) had absolutely no tracking capability. We are out of the country, but USBPhoneworld offers shipment to just about any country. They never responded to email with anything but automated replies, and live chat from their website reverts to an email (also ignored). We finally did reach them on the phone and called every week to find out about our shipment. They were always polite on the phone, and did send out a second shipment (by the same shipping method, USPS) after a month, but with no tracking on either shipment could not help us figure out where our order was at all.
While we were able most of the time to reach a real person to ask about our order, when we left voice mail several times, no one ever called us back.
While we are out of the country, in South America, we are in a major city and received an order from another company that used DHL in five days (shipped from Florida). So, if they offer shipment abroad, they should have experience in how to ship to each country.
