i was told it was in stock. as soon as i made order nolonger in stock. this is not the way to do business. good price is not everything , acually haveing what you say you have is a good thing also. so ya im a little disapionted. also they say free shiping what a lie , at check out they give you the truth. when they add up location charges. should have just charged me for the shipping up front.

Shopping on PC Nation was excellent. However, FedEx could not find my house so the order was delayed one day. This was the cause of the "Almost on time" answer in question #3. I had to deal with FedEx, not PC Nation, to help them find my house. Google and Mapquest have my house in the wrong place, although I don't know how FedEx locates delivery addresses. No problem with PC Nation.

Ordered a camera online after business hours on a Friday night.

Discovered after I had ordered it was the wrong item ( it was a gift and I'm not well versed in cameras ).

Expecting some kind of hassle in canceling as I had never used these people before I sent several emails to different email addresses and followed that up with a phone message on their 800 number that same Friday night.

Figuring on Monday morning I'd have to run the gauntlet over the phone to get the order canceled imagine my surprise that 1st thing ( even before normal business hours for them ) sitting in my email was a notice that the order had been canceled per my instructions.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !

Almost ordered the item from a den of thieves called DeltaCamera in Brooklyn ( look up their reputation  ) but decided to go with this company because of their great reviews - apparently they are well deserved!

While the product was less expensive than any other place,I had problem after problem.Everytime I would try and call,nobody would return my call.It took several days for them to finally ship it.When I was asked which shipping method I choose,I chose the free 3 day shipping because I needed it immediately, but instead they shipped it regularly taking a week or more.I still havent received my order!!

I appreciated the positive ratings by other customers. The printer was $97 cheaper than at the local Staples. I tracked it on their site - it gave daily updates on the status of the order. They gave free shipping (included in the price). Their price was therefore more competitive with other internet vendors and local stores. I was impressed at the speedy shipping (3 days). Overall a very positive experience and I would order from them again.

This order has been delayed in shipping due to a signature requirement that someone other than PC Nation put on the package. A call to the company was useless; a call to FEDEX may have corrected the problem, but as I haven't received the product I can't verify this to be true. It's a nightmare! PC Nation needs to have more control over the products it sells and it needs to add either a statement or an option for the signature requirement. I am NOT a happy customer.
