I cant believe the price on this grinder.I hope this goes well and that delivery is prompt and the product is delivered as expected and they will have a new customer. This machine is usually two times more expensive.
The ikitchen web page is laid out fairly well and is easy to browse for the products that I was interested in. The special pricing and specials were well defined and were very clear about what products they were offering giving complete model numbers and names.
I am happy that iKitchen.com is now using paypal as I feel this is a much more secure way of shopping online.
The website is well laid out and the product descriptions are very clear.
They also show how other people have rated products and use a star system to evaluate different products. The ratings for products were very helpful and they showed comparisons between different models of products that I was interested in.
The check out was simple and offered a standard secure credit card option or paypal.
The shipping costs are higher than expected though and this cost is not well defined during the check out process. I will check this cost before I complete the next purchase from iKitchen.com. Aside from the shipping costs they were still 33% lower on price than the competitors who were selling "refurbished" units.
