I realize they are trying to prevent Fraud by having people call in to confirm information but I think this is an unnecessary step and causes delays with an order that are pretty annoying.

Normally, Family Video has very good prices on used dvds. I shop there often and have had only dvd that needed to be "recleaned", which was accomplished at my local Family Video store in Shields, MI. This last order was received as expected with no problems.

Order two DVD, only one was damage. Sended back, because the DVD was moving around the case. They send back a replacement, and the replacement was damage too. Haven't receive the the replacement for that one yet. Otherwise I have had no problem at all. Will still order from the company.

These movies are a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter. The shipping service was excellent. I hope they are in good condition. The disks looked fine. If these are serviceable you will be hearing from me a lot. The prices were excellent.

Though not a horrible transaction, I am a person used to "excellent" transactions, i.e., robust packaging, shipping on-time or early, etc. product well made. The product arrived just on time. The packaging was not robust enough, and the dvd set box was creased on spine enough, to keep it from ever being collectible. Though not Family Video's fault the transfer of the movie to DVD is not good quality, and there is a read error on one of the disks.

this order was on back order. when i called to inquiry why i had not received it yet i was told it was on back order. i asked the person why i was not told it was on back order & he was like i don't know. you should always contact your customers if a situation like this arises. i cancelled the order & will never order from your site in the future because this is very poor customer satisfaction

I did not receive all of the product that was advertised...for the $49.99 price, I was also to receive the balance board that goes with the eA Sports Wii game. I have yet to contact Family Video about this, but I certainly will. Thank you.

Very dissappointed that order was accepted and paid for but unexpectedly canceled 2 days later for no reason. Refund did show up on credit card. Was given $5.00 credit but it was in another customer's name so could not use. I have a lot of online purchasing experience, but none as bad as this.
