The link to Etronics had a Krups FBC 212 listed. Imagine my surprise when I found that I had just ordered a 112 instead of a 212. Etronics was useless in trying to cancel the order before it shipped. They even denied that the order was in their system AFTER I quoted THEIR ORDER NUMBER.

I had to have it refused at my mother's house - which kind of ruined the Christmas present idea, understand?

My order was delivered on time as expected. The order was accurate. More importantly, my order was shipped brand new as indicated. This was my first time shopping at Etronics, and I was very impressed. Hopefully, my future orders will be as satisfactory as the first. When I first ordered the razor it said " Brand new in the box". After I placed the order I found out it was refurbished. Doesn't matter though, the razor is great.
As for delivery, because of the carriers poor handwriting and there was some confusion about the delivery as they wanted a signature and nobody was home.

Ordered a HDTV wall mount bracket. Received a confirmation number that day and 2 days later a tracking number. I was hesitant to order because of all the problems other reviewers have had. But since it was a wall mount, how bad could it get messed up? The package was delivered 3 days later (I live in Western New York), and the mount was brand new in box with all the parts. Overall, I had a good experience, though I might hesitate about making a purchase of major electronics based on the other reviews.

I placed the order on 1/15/07. All was confirmed/received,etc...I then had to spend three days emailing back and forth with them in their attempts to sell me add-ons. The only thing that stopped the harassment was my advising them to either ship it or cancel the order. I received notification that the order was shipped on the 18th (when the site says 24 hours) and as of the 18th it is still not showing as being shipped by DHL. 1/23/07 Order arrived in good shape and in new packaging on 1/22/07. A week from ordering, but four days were wasted with the back and forth emailing. Still will not use again.

My overall experience with Etronics was horrible. I ordered a total of 6 PDMW420PG wireless transmitter adapters back in early December. The total price for the order was several hundred dollars. One of the transmitters was defective so I e-mailed Etronics to request an RMA number to send the defective item back for replacement. I followed the instructions as instructed in the e-mail. Over a month has gone by and still no response from Etronics. My inquiries are not responded to and they don't answer their phones. I plan to contact a lawyer and see if I can get my refund that way. It is such a pain to deal with outfits like this. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say they are -1. Beware!

I have never written a review before, but this once is warranted. I bought a 40-inch TV a month ago and have yet to receive it. I call on a daily basis and am told a different thing each time. The customer service is rude and disrespectful. They took the money from my account two weeks ago and my TV is nowhere in sight BEWARE!!!!! DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO AVOID ETRONICS.COM!

I paid a 2-DAY delivery premium, and it took A WEEK to arrive. The item sat in the warehouse for 5-DAYS. When I called customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes, after a brief 10 second conversation, she cut me off. Didn't call me back (they have my numbers). When I called back, I got the recording that their offices are closed. It was 1 hour and 10 minutes before their official close time. When I finally got an email confirming my delivery tracking number, the system tells me it does not exist.

Worst Customer Service On The Face Of The Earth.
I will never do business with this company again. They did nothing and I mean nothing to help me with return for refund after untold numbers of phone and e-mail inquiries. I bought a Fuji digital camera, batteries with charger and XD picture card. The Card was back ordered and I needed to have a large card for our trip to Florida. It arrived on our return. For two months it was back ordered. In the mean time I purchased one for the trip anyways as we all know the one with the camera will not hold enough pictures to fill one page in an album. I returned the card in new, unopened condition and waited over a year before the refund was processed. Over that time period was total frustration! There's my story!

FORGET ORDERING FROM ETRONICS NO MATTER HOW LOW THE PRICE IS!
I ordered a cell phone from Etronics and it arrived with no SIM card (??!!) and the wrong "free" wall charger. Fortunately I was able to use my old SIM card but then couldn't donate my old working phone to our local domestic violence shelter as I'd intended. I immediately contacted Etronics, only to be told that they would do nothing about it and to contact Motorola. When I replied to their email asking for contact information for Motorola, I never heard from them again. I finally gave up and went out and bought the right wall charger. Forget this company!

Made purchase on 12/10/2006 Still have not gotten the 2 remaining items on order that the website states are in stock and will ship 24-48 hours. Have been through 25 emails and 6 customer service reps emailing me back saying they are looking into it. First 2 items took 5 emails and 10+days before I got them. Would pay the extra money and go somewhere else if I had the heads up on this company. 1 word: Horrible.

12/22/06 Friday I ordered a Motorola Razr V3 and accessories online. The product was said to be "in stock". I was immediately informed that I would receive a confirmation and tracking number when the product shipped and my VISA would only be charged when the product is shipped. I was also subscribed without my knowledge to a discount ticket website called Great Fun which I subsequently was able to cancel with a credit to my VISA.

12/26/06 Tuesday, the very next working day, my VISA card is charged for the purchase.

01/04/07 Thursday, six working days later, I send an email to ask why I have not received a confirmation and tracking number for my shipment as promised. No response.

01/30/07 After two more attempts at making contact via email during January, I send them an email to cancel my order. The next day I get an email that my order has shipped. The telephone arrived on 02/07/07, 47 days after the order was placed. The product was in good condition and everything seems to work okay.

I hate Etronics. Don't do business with these slimeballs.

Consumers should avoid this company at all cost! I received a defective product and returned it according to their request. After one month, I had not received my refund. The company continued to ask for the Order Number, even though it had been supplied several times. I eventually had to contact my credit card company in order to get the problem resolved.

Etronics is my worst online shopping experience to-date. While I have had problems with companies in the past, this is the first company to openly cheat me. They will not service your product if they can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I purchased a Denon receiver from them and after 8 months the receiver had problems. I shipped the receiver to them at a cost of $65. 4 months later they returned it to me un-repaired and then refused to service the product anymore because it was "past your return time". Now I am left with a broken receiver and no way to service it short of paying for it to get repaired.

This company hides its phone number on its website for a reason. They want to hide from the people they cheat. But just in case any of you out there get cheated, here are some of their phone numbers.
