I have used eToys for years and this is the only Online Toy store I'll choose from now on! You can't beat their prices and speed in shipping orders out! Their variety of items are wonderful. You can utilize their filters to find exactly what you need which is great if you need help finding the right toy for a certain age group or gender. I have had orders sent directly to me unwrapped as well as items sent to my younger siblings wrapped for birthdays or Christmas and regardless...it goes without a glitch!

They now ship through DHL@home as well, which partners with USPS to get your packages promptly! They'll have DHL ship your package to the main drop off hub for USPS, then USPS delivers it from there (whether it's a physical address or a PO Box). I have made two orders within the last 2 weeks (one to my PO box and one to my home address) and I received both within a 8 days of ordering. One item (a very large item) was even delivered 2 business days ahead of schedule through DHL...I received it on a Friday instead of the following Tuesday!

I think their website is not only easy to navigate, but also easy to complete your purchase. When you view your shopping cart, you have the option of seeing a detailed list of the weight and shipping charges for the specific items you're ordering. This definitely comes in handy to see if it's worth purchasing a larger item once you add on the shipping charges. They are not only prompt with their shipping, but they email you every step of the way and provide actually tracking so you can go to the carrier's website to track your package for up to the minute information.

This holiday season I have utilized Target.com, HasbroToyShop.com and eToys.com. eToys has won my business hands down. They are definitely faster to get their orders out (approx 24 hrs or less), the carrier they used was the most efficient and the customer service was fantastic. I'll gladly skip the other two online stores for eToys.com from now on! I highly recommend this store to all my friends and family!
