The product listing and ordering process are top-notch. The items arrived in good condition, but it was 9 days from the time I placed the order until I received it. I'm not sure if the delay was with the shipper or the merchant. The tracking link at USPS.com didn't show any shipping details.

Drugstore.com sent me the wrong quantity of Aktins bars I orderd on their site and then refused to fix the problem, so I had to initiate a charge back. There response to my emails took 14 hours each and did not solve my problem. Overall not a good experience. In addition, the bars arrived all melted. Of course, I put them in the fridge but then you kinda of peel off the wrapper which is all stuck to the power bar and its all smushed, so not very edible!

Overall I like drugstore.com. I have purchased from them in the past. The selection is what makes me a repeat customer. There was a promotion with this order. I was supposed to receive 2 free burts bees lip balms and they were not included with my order. I expected maybe a backorder listed on my invoice but nothing was mentioned.

It's sometimes hard to find the products I like in stores here in Tucson AZ. so I go online to look for them. Drugstore.com is where I can usually find them. Sometimes they have it in stock somtimes they don't. So I try a few months later. I try to buy several of what ever I purchase.
The wesite is esay to use and fun to view.

Unbelievably, drugstore.com has far exceeded my expectations and anticipated course of action in these days of mediocre online business!
When I emailed them less than 8 hours ago (at night) about them having sent the wrong style of a $50 "personal item" sold in their store, I thought I would receive a standard "F2" canned response that is all-too-common for online merchants these days...but instead drugstore.com clearly read my email, and responded by morning that they were shipping a free replacement of the item upgraded to 3-day air! They responded as a reputable business with concern for their customers SHOULD, not how most businesses now DO! I wholeheartedly endorse drugstore.com for their prompt response and unexpected remediation of the mistake made on my order and for past such experiences indicating a concern for their customers and knowledge of what it takes to run a superior business. |

I ordered three items from drugstore.com back in January and returned a week later. Drugstore.com accepted the return and told me that it would take 30 days to process the return. I waited 30 days with no refund. I called end of March and they told me it would be refunded via PayPal. The PayPal refund was never was posted. When I called customer service, I was told that there was nothing they could do and I was just out the money. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and drugstore finally admitted it was their error and admitted that they owed me the money. Well, that was over a month ago and they still refuse to refund my money. I plan on contacting the Washington Attorney General's Office and filing a complaint. I suggest others do the same. The worst and most unethical company I have ever encountered.

I was directed by epinions.com to drugstore.com to buy a toaster oven. On epinions, the information provided was that drugstore.com had the item in stock. That was untrue. On the drugstore.com site, the toaster oven was in fact listed as back ordered, with the indication that it would ship in 2-3 days. It has now been SIX days, and it still has not shipped. This is very frustrating. When I call drugstore.com's customer service number, they have no good explanation for me. And, because the product ships directly from the manufacturer rather than the drugstore.com warehouse, they claim they cannot expedite the shipping when it does finally become available to ship.
