I am always satisfied with the website, customer service and products offered. I appreciate their unique selection of clothing and gift items, especially their selection of products made in the USA. However, I am very dissatisified with the shipping costs, particularly with my recent order of 2 children's t-shirts which didn't even weigh half a pound. I paid almost $13 for shipping! I find that absurd and it almost made me change my mind and choose not to place the order. I will consider the shipping prices seriously when deciding if I want to purchase from this company in the future.

I received no confirmation of my order so I wasn't sure whether they received it or not. I was just about to call them to check on it when i postponed that and ended up receiving the items I ordered the next day. I ordered something a few months ago as a gift and never received e-mail confirmation either and haven't talked to the recipient yet so don't know if they ever received the gift or not. Don't even know if chasing fireflies even received my on-line order. That's the only complaint I have about them otherwise their merchandise is excellent. Other places I've ordered from on-line send me e-mail confirmations of my order. Chasing fireflies is the only company I've dealt with that doesn't send e-mail confirmations.

The dress purchased runs very small and it was not stated in the product description. I gave it as a gift to my niece and they had to bring the dress back to my home. Now it's sitting in a box here and I have to return it. Only, the box did not have a receipt in it!!!! I have my online computer receipt, but that's all. I am hoping that the return policy will be OK. The dress, on sale, cost about $83. It was supposed to be her Christmas dress.

It's the second bathingsuit from y'all and I've been happy of both. One was (4) a little big. She wears everything in a 4, but I needed a 3 instead. Is that normal for swim wear? she'll just wear it next year. I love the clothes and would definately order merchandise again? Are you based in Austin, TX? Do you have a shop? my family lives there and thought they could go there! Did not receive rebate!

Purchased 3T & 4T "My Dad Rocks" shirts for kids to wear on Father's Day. Used the size height/weight chart on line before purchasing, but T-shirts were quite large. Child who typically wears 4T wore the 3T shirt, and child who was going to wear the 3T wore something completely different. 4T shirt was returned. Very cute shirt, wish there would have been a boy and girl option which would have potentially helped with the fit on my 3T daughter.

The one picture shown wasn't enough to really judge the color and detailing of the dress. It ended up not being what we were really looking for. We will be returning the dress because of that. Multiple pictures, a zoom option and detail shots would have been very helpful.

An item I wanted said due to personalization it would take up to 2 weeks to get. I told the Customer Service Rep. Dena that's too bad my daughter is having a pajama party at school and that would have been a cute item to wear. She listened to me then asked me to hold a moment and came back and said no problem she could have the item ready in a day and I had it overnight mailed. My daughter was the hit of the pj party thanks to a Customer Service Rep. (Dena) who not only listened but acted and went that extra mile to make a customer beyond happy. She could have said yes that is to bad took my order and hung up but she went above and beyond and solved my problem. Now that is what I call customer service and will keep me coming back as a loyal customer. Not to mention the quality is fantastic each and everytime I shop through Chasing Fireflies--love it!!

I tracked my package and noticed it sat in WA for 6 days and did not move. Maybe it was a UPS mistake. I notice it was shipped on time from Chasing Fireflies, however it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I use UPS all the time and have never had a problem like this before. However the items I brought were worth the wait.

Although I returned several things (care code was inaccurate on one and just didn't like the others after seeing them in person), I was happy with what I kept. I have shopped with chasing fireflies in the past and will do so again. I would suggest that they improve their invoice to include a separate section for returns. I had to send back the entire page and have no copy now for my records/ credit card statement.
