Terrible terrible terrible customer service.  Time-sensitive items (Halloween costumes) took a week to ship out;  items did not arrive within the website's stated guarantee of 7 - 10 business days, and customer service was not at all helpful.  Will not shop there again.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer service: On-time delivery:

This store has FABULOUS items but their shipping time and transit methods are very slow and very expensive. It took 8 days before the items left the wharehouse and another 6 days to arrive. Their shipping prices are very high compared to most. The only reason I continue to order is because their taste and quality of items is impeccable and beyond compare.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

My overall experience was positive. I wasn't happy to learn my order was on backorder and would be a late shipment. The only reason I found out it was on back order was because I called the company. The cust. service rep. i spoke with was very nice, but was unable to tell me when & why my order was canceled. I never received any notification.
