Uh oh, my Brother HL-2070N light is blinking. I need toner! I want a deal!

So I looked at office max, office depot, staples. The prices there... talk about sticker shock! I could just about buy a new printer for their prices on toner. So I started shopping the net.

I figured I had a few days before I was empty, so I ought to buy today. So I started to search to find the best deals on toner for my Brother. I wanted toner made by Brother... not some no name "compatible" frankly I just don't trust them.

I used all the comparison search engines I could find, and the absolute best deal on REAL Brother toner was at cameraworld.com

I went to their site. It is laid out very nice. Very easy to get around. I checked, and saw the toner was in stock (always a good sign). One click and it was in my cart.

The price was so good, and I saw if I ordered $100 worth of products or more I could get free shipping. So being the "Bargain hunter" I am, and knowing I always use a lot of Avery color labels on my ink color printer, let's see what kind of deal they have on it.

I found the Avery 8255 at a price that floored me. I thought the price on the Brother toner was good... this price was even better! So I loaded my cart with SEVEN packets bringing the total over $100.

I was licking my chops. I got fantastic pricing, and free shipping.

I went to check out. Did they force me to open an account?
No. Whew. I surely did not need another &^%&# password to remember!

Checkout was a breeze. I congratulate them. It was really easy. Every site can learn from cameraworld.com regarding their checkout.

Shortly after I completed my order, and paid for it, I received an email acknowledgment. Wow! I'm feeling comfortable now. Amazingly enough when I fired up my computer the next morning, I found a shipping notice in my email from Cameraworld.com

That's fast! I'm really pleased. My printer light is blinking more rapidly now, and it looks angry, so I hope the shipment is on time.

A few days later... Fedex shows up with a pretty big box.
Hmmm... I open the box and I see the toner... Just in time... now I can make my printer happy. And I start to pull out 1... 2... Avery color ink label packets.

Two?! Two!? I ordered SEVEN.

I found the packing slip and saw it showed there were two packets of Avery Shipping Labels ordered... not Seven. But I paid for Seven.

I thought maybe the others were backordered. But there was no notice on the packing slip.

So I called cameraworld.com customer service (a toll free number... Nice!) I spoke to a very helpful customer service rep, who explained the orders were shipped from several different locations so the rest of my order should be there soon, but I would hear from the within 24 - 48 hours after they researched to give me an exact update.

The next morning, there was FEDEX with two boxes.
I opened the boxes and lo and behold, they contained my missing labels.

The next day I received an email from cameraworld explaining
"Due to the demand for the item, we were unable to ship the item from single warehouse. All the items on your order were shipped from different warehouses in three different packages."

The email went on to give me the tracking numbers, and ended with "It is our mission to provide outstanding customer service."

They did. I only wish they would have given me the three tracking numbers when they sent me the first one, so I would not have had to worry, and call.

I will definitely buy from them again. With service like they have, and prices they have, the fast turn around time they have, cameraworld will be my first choice for a vendor of items.

They should be yours too.
