Service was excellent, this product was used for an experiment and was needed asap. Customer service rep was very helpful and shipped product as soon as I placed the order.

I was a little disappointed in that the humidor had a small touch-up done where the lid had been damamged. I wonder if this was a "second" quality humidor. Other than that, the humidor looks and works well so I did not pursue it. The area repaired was about 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch.

IMMEDIATE e-mail response to inquiry. Good prices, nice product, quick to ship. Website needs more detail in the description(s). I would have purchased sooner, been more comfortable, if the detail had included certain facts. As it turned out the product contained everything I wanted, just not in the written description.

Hassle free buying experience, excellent. The humidor is stunning looking but this particular one didn't have a good seal (no wooshing sound, just slams shut), but it's holding humidity @ 70%.

Jerks!i planned on ordering 2 humidors and had entered my info to get shipping/tax info and see if could be shipped to 2 different addresses(cannot). changed my mind and decided to wait until another time, but HAD NOT entered the secure checkout page yet, and i logged out. apparently the order goes through before the secure checkout page and i received email notificationof my order, which was a surprise to me. called the same day to correct the problem and was treated so rudely. i was told i was incompetent and they hung up on me. i think it was peter. i still will be shopping for humidors and accessories later and will never buy from them or any other zinergy webstore. i will pass this on to everyone i know.
