I ordered an 8.5 N shoe. The manufacture's label was correct although the shoes inside were 8 wides.

My last order for Keen sandals size 7.5 was dissapointing because Keen's sizes run smaller than the Hush Puppy's that I purchased before. I am going to send the Keen sandals back and order the next larger size. Zappos has been very gracious with the delivery speed and the return has been very easy.

I did some comparison shopping and found Zappos to be best. Shipping a delivery were more rapid than I had imagined and actually delivered the WOW factor. As I brought in the package which arrived the next day I exclaimed an amazed "WOW" at the expeditious delivery. The cordovan pair of Bass loafers does not fit as well as the red pair which I wore over the Thanksgiving weekend. We will see how interaction goes over the cordovan pair. Michele Nelson

I usually order Brooks "Addiction" shoes several times a year. My size was on backorder and I ordered another style "Adreinlen". I wore them and they don't offer as much support but I can't return because they are not new. I just ordered from Zappos for convience but will probably shop locally in the future to assure the selection I want.

Zappo's.com is one of the only sites that I will purchase shoes from. I had an experience that just happened. I had to return shoes that were a little too wide. I followed all the instructions (printing return label) after removing ALL labels from the original. A few days later, the shoes were shipped BACK TO ME instead of going back to Zappos!! Customer service was apologetic and offered a $15.00 coupon on my next purchase.
