The wine was backordered, so it took longer then expected. (~3 weeks). The wine arrived before the email notifying me that the order had been completed/shipped, so I suspect there may be a lag in statusing the shipments out of their warehouse. When I had problems with a previous order "Cat" in the customer service dept was extreamly helpfull and responsive in correcting a shipping error.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I am hooked. I do not buy wine anywhere else. My wine is delivered usually withing two business days. It is easy to find what you want and their rating system is always on target.
