Super fast shipping. The only disappointing thing was the large handling fee tacked on to my cost. The shipping and handling cost more than the actual product I ordered, which was really a turn off to me, but I had no other options really. If I would have found the product somewhere else for a similar price, I probably would have gone through there, mainly cause I really disagree with the handling fee they charge on orders under $50.

Customer service was very good when I called and e-mailed. The website is great - easy to find the products and prices. The order was ready and shipped remarkably quickly; I received my order within a week of placing it online. Overall the prices were lower than most other companies' prices. The companies with lower prices had less of a selection.

Got help from rep on how to order, she even gave me the product number, even though my order was so small it needed to be ordered online. My order was a gift to a person in another state so I was quite surprised when that person called to thank me 2 days after I placed the order.....that was 9 days before I expected her to receive the gift. They assessed me an added feed just because my order was under $50.00. I don't mind paying for the shipping, but being charged and extra $7.50 is a bunch of crap. On top of that, two of the items are defective. I will never buy from them again.

Thanks for the Disco Ball. The only problem I have is the Minimum order amount. I ordered this for a school dinner theater with a tight budget and it took 40% of our budget. we think it will be a big hit but we could have used 15 or 20 dollars somewhere else.

The products seem to be as advertised. I did call in to customer service because the Purple 6" premium lightsticks had an old expiration date of 05/07. The operator "Tom" said that it was a mismarked package and the lightstick should be fine but If I should have a problem with them I should call them and they would take care of the problem. The purple sticks don't seem to last as long as the yellow sticks. I would say about 4 hours and then they are significantly diminished. The primary reasons for doing business with Windy City was the fact that they have high turnover of product thus insuring that the customer will not receive expired merchandise and of course your fair pricing.

The one thing I can say is that every box was broken open along the seam. Some of the merchandise was open but none was broken and it wa all present. I was afraid some may have fallen out of the boxes they side seams were gaping and there were four boxes like that.
