I received an email message to call customer service before my order could ship but no details why. I called and left a couple messages and when they did call me back a couple days later they said everything was fine and my order would ship. So there was a short delay but I don't know why. Unfortunately the manufacturer experienced repeated delays providing the equipment to the merchant. As a result of my pressing need to replace my primary phone the original order was cancelled and a phone was purchased elsewhere. Overall customer service quality was good and the merchant appeared to complete the transaction ina reasonable period of time. These guys are great! I am very happy with my purchase. The whole process went very smoothly. I did call them initially to get some advice on the Panasonic product and their sales staff was very helpful in recommending the unit that meets my needs. Totally shocked!!!! That's how I felt when my phone came in the mail. When I ordered the phone, I figured it would take a week or two. You can imagine how shocked I was when it came in a couple of days. I ordered the Panasonic KX-TG4000B. I love this phone. Well worth the money. I cleaned up the clutter.
