When shopping for chemicals for our above-ground pool last spring, my spouse found that Water Warehouse offered some of the products he wanted to purchase at a lower price than a couple of the other merchants he had previously shopped at.

The site was easy to browse and complete an order at. The products arrived on-time, were packaged well, and charges to our card were accurate. The overall shopping experience at this merchant was acceptable, allowing me to recommend waterwarehouse.com.

Water Warehouse sells pools and items for In-ground pools, Above-ground pools and Spas. The products available include: chemicals, toys, floats, covers, pumps, cleaners, heaters, and more.

In addition to selling pool related products, this merchant also offers a pool care guide section and allows you to request a catalog. The guide has a FAQ section and several topics, such as opening your pool, closing your pool, and more.

The online site offers images that provide true representation of the products sold. We found it easy to navigate to the products we needed to purchase, via use of the side bar and then category specific choices. Alternatively you can search for the products via a word search box or a product number search box (if you have a catalog).

As mentioned, completing the order was simple. Prior to completing the order we created an account with Water Warehouse. The site offered the ability to shop as a guest, but in my experience it is usually favorable to create an account, thus allowing you to receive email alerts to savings. The process for creating an account was simple, we just filled out some basic personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) and then proceeded to order completion. After completing the online order we received an email confirmation.

Water Warehouse accepts Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Check or Money Order.

You can order via phone, mail, fax, or the method we prefer: online. Although the Water Warehouse doesn't charge for shipping, they do charge a handling fee: orders under $200.00 - $7.99 & orders over $200.01 - $9.99. We paid $7.99 for handling.

This merchant states that you can return items, and although they don't charge a restock fee, you are responsible for the return shipping.

Overall we were satisfied with the transaction. The charges to our Debit/Credit were accurate. The items arrived approximately one-week after order completion and were nicely packaged. All things considered, it is likely we will patronize this merchant again.
