My order never arrived. When I contacted them, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. They said it must be a problem with the post office, that was my problem, and they would not stand behind their delivery and replace or refund my product.

This is within the state, southern CA to northern CA.
UPS ground would have had it delivered sooner than this.
The USPS would be faster.
Furthermore, the time it took to process the order is disturbing.
An electronic purchase should be processed in less than 4 hours. From pulling the order to the shipping dock.

What makes me such an expert?
I place orders every day with a supplier in LA, as late as 5PM, and that order will be on my dock the next day via UPS ground service.
I can't write a positive review of any service this bad.

I have ordered about four times from VitaMaker. And sent a check. It can seem a long time to connect, but they process the order well, generate good order info, ship the product fine ,and I get the right product. They have good tracking numbers. Hey, it has been just fine

I was very pleased with VitaMaker. My order came quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I was also impressed that they allow themselves to be rated by Resellerratings.com and 2 other online rating sites as well as BBBOnline. They were the only company selling the item I wanted, that offered outside reviews of themselves. That is the only way to know if an online company is reliable. It this case, VitaMaker lived up to their reputation.

DO NOT SHOP HERE~! Vitamaker is not a trustworthy company. They sold me a product that was broken and when I called them it went to an answering machine, but I kept calling until finally a woman answered. She said they will not refund my money or even exchange it. She told me I had 2 days to return my order from the date it arrived! 2 days!! I was out of town for 5 days and opened the package on the 6th day. The woman talked to the owner and he said I was out of luck. I thought they were reputable, however I was wrong. I just wanted them to replace the broken item.

I was happy with my shopping experience at Vitamaker, I shopped with another Organic Supplier at the same time as Vitamaker and they took longer & I also incurred custom charges, therefore this enforced my positive experience with Vitamaker. My delivery with Vitamaker took about 2 weeks which is what I had expected and everything was in good condition so I would definitely order from Vitamaker again. Thanks!

This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing items on line. I paid for second day shipping and still did not have the product after eight days. I called the company twice, first time I was told the manager had gone home and they would pass the message on to him the second time I called all I got was the fax line. I emailed them twice with no response. When I got what I had ordered nine days later I only received half the order with no mention of the other product as if I only ordered one item. I was still charged for second day air even though they didn't ship until five days after I ordered and then it didn't arrive for another four days. Huge Bummer!!

I only got 1of 2 items ordered. Customer service stated that it was out of stock. I had checked before my order and after my response and both times it was shown as in stock. After 2 more emails to find out more info I have received no response from vitamaker. I will not be ordering from the company again as I have found several other companies which have the identical products in the same price range some even for less.
