1 month to send a product and double shipping charges

Up until my third order with them I had a good relationship with Vitamaker. I placed my order on January 26th and the order was shipped out the same day. I normally get it within two business days which is great so when I checked the tracking on January 30th I was surprised it was marked return to sender. I contacted Vitamaker and they said that they would reship the product as soon as the received it. I gave them until February 6th and they still had not replied so I sent them a message asking if they had received it back. They said no, that was all they said. I sent them another e-mail on the 9th asking if they had received the product back still negative. Finally I sent an e-mail on February 13th saying not to bother that I will just get it from somewhere else and to refund me the money. They said they would. I checked my credit card on February 17th and they had charged me an additional shipping fee. I sent them an e-mail and they did not respond. I told them that I was contesting the charges and they did not respond. I told them that I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and they finally sent an e-mail saying that I could refuse the product when it was delivered. I was out of town when the product was finally delivered so of course I could not refuse it. Now I’m out the money and I have a product I no longer need! I would never shop with VitaMaker again!!!
