On or about October 22, 2008 I recieved an order from Vitamaker.com which included an item under the same name as the product I ordered but with a completely different formula and composition from what was used in their online ad and description of the product. I had ordered the product based on the online description and list of ingrediants in its formula so I was very dissappointed. I returned the product unopened on or about October 26, 2008 and included a letter with my return explaining my reasons for the return and stating that if the product as formulated and advertised in the online description was no longer available, then I would be glad to accept a substitute product of lesser value, which I specifically named by item No., or a refund of the purchase price.
To date, January 12, 2009 I have had no response whatsoever from Vitamaker. I have called the Customer Service Number and the Order Number numerous times from early morning through late afternoon and never found any one available
always ultimately recieving the recorded message "No one is available to take your call..." I have called 3-4 times a week leaving message after message sometimes 4-5 messages per day frrom December 14, 2008 through today, January 12, 2009 and been completely ignored.
Do not waste your money on this vendor or its site. If there is any discrepancy in you order, you can bet it will not be addressed, and whatever they have or have not sent that dissatisfies you will be the last contact you will ever have with them.
