So far my experience with Vitadigest has been poor. The website worked fine, ordering was easy and it told me everything I wanted to order was in stock. Now, 6 days later, Vitadigest's web site says that the package shipped on the 19th, but FedEx says they haven't received the package yet. I called Vitadigest, they told me one of my items was "
Out of Stock" and should be in within the next week or so.
I went out to their web site after the phone call and it says the item is "
In Stock". What gives?
In this day and age is their supply really not kept up to date real time on the web site? The customer service rep had to call the warehouse to check on availability.
And shouldn't the email I received from them tell me accurately whether an item has been shipped or is on back order? The email says it shipped 6 days ago, how long did they expect me to wait?
Oh, and they cannot do split shipments. So if I wanted to get my items that are in stock, I would have to cancel part of the order, reorder that item,
paying more in shipping, and still have to wait until it is back in stock.
So I just checked the FedEx Tracking number and it finally shipped on Dec 2, even though the email from Vitadigest says it shipped on Nov 19. Hmmm, 13 days later than they stated.
We'll see if I'm satisfied when my items finally show.
I don't think I'll shop with Vitadigest again.
