Ordering from this company was extremely easy. The web-site was easy to browse and find wanted items. Soon after I placed my order, I received an email stating my package had been shipped, they even provided a Fed-Ex tracking number, weight of package, etc. I tracked my package (according to the site VitaDigest supplied for Fed-Ex tracking number) and it stated the package had been sent to Fed-Ex with estimated date of delivery as 8/20/2008.
On 8/20/2008, I received 2 emails from VitaDigest, the first informing me that my order had been cancelled, (without prior notice, I might add). The second email stated that my order had been cancelled due to all 3 products had been discontinued.
They charged my credit card for the items on 8/14/2008. I sent an email back to VitaDigest 8/20/2008 after receiving their emails to ask for credit back to my card, no return email from them received. While I said ordering from them was extremely easy, receiving the merchandise they promised to sell, and in fact stated they had sent, is impossible at best.
Have checked their website, and funny, they still have all 3 items listed as "IN STOCK". I would NOT buy from them again.....Ever! What a scam!
