I purchased a Panasonic TH-42PWD8UK 42" EDTV Plasma screen from Visual Apex in 2005. I reviewed the Panasonic plasma screen in March of 2005 (giving it rave reviews!). I did not know Visual Apex was listed on Epinions so I did not write a review of their service at that time. I will remedy that now!

Visual Apex offered me outstanding service from the placement of the order to delivery. Finding the right plasma screen was easy on their site. They offer many brands and break the listings into various categories. Their customer service was helpful and polite. I was treated like a customer, not as a nuisance as many other retailers have the habit. It was nice to be treated with courtesy and efficiency for a change!

Delivery was fast and efficient. With in days of placing my order I had a call from the delivery company to set a delivery date. They included BNC connectors with my plasma and offered advice on mounting the screen to a wall bracket. (Panasonic was not clear in their manual as to which holes on the case were intended for use with a wall bracket). This was an easy and transparent transaction and I would not hesitate to purchase from Visual Apex again!
