I wasn't sure about Vio Software when I first learned of it, however, I could not have had a more positive experience. First of all the price is what drew me to Vio and they did not disappoint. I needed software with an academic license and the price quoted was as good as the school but with far less heartache. Furthermore, the selection was outstanding and I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. I particularly liked the layout of the website which showed me all related software in the area I was looking at. In addition, products were well described.

Purchasing was easy and the instructions for using a credit card were straightforward and clear. Once I made my purchase, I was promptly notified about shipping and regularly notified about my order status. I received my order within three business days - exceptionally fast and I did not have to purchase high priced shipping services. When the package was delivered, it was well packed, contained all necessary documentation, and had no damage at all. Instructions for return were also included, however, there was no need for that.

I have every intention to continue to use Vio for all of my software needs and I have already recommended Vio to my friends.
