I must say that I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Vann's. The web site was well laid out. The prices were very good on the products that I looked at. The Sony home theater system that I purchased came factory sealed as advertized. I was suprised that the unit arrived so quickly. After entering the Zip Code, it displayed the approximate day of arrival. I received it 2 days earlier and the shipping was FREE!! Now I need to buy a 32" LCD for the bedroom. I will most likely purchase it at Vann's. The advertised prices beat Wal-Mart. There was no fine print. Everything on the web site was well explained. Easy to navigate and narrow searches. I am anxious to explore more on Vann's website. A co-worker ordered the same home theater system at Vann's after he saw mine, and the price that I paid for it. He is now looking at Vann's for a 50" plasma TV. I am sure he will find another good deal on the TV. Alot of shoppers are skiddish about shopping on the web. I tried Ebay first. You have to look at the fine print before buying. Alot of items are dammaged or used. At Vann's you don't have to worry about that. The free shipping is a big plus. My free shipping came by FEDEX. Too bad they don't carry truck parts. Thanks Vann's for a job well done. You have my business from now on.

I just purchased my 2nd Sony DAV-HDX275 home theater in March 09. Price was only $10.00 higher than Sept. 08. Same great experience for me. Fast , free shipping as usual. Thanks again Vann's.
