BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Please call the Better Business Bureau (Las Vegas office where Unica Home is based) at 702.320.4500 and they will independently give you the background on the numerous complaints against deceptive practice from this company and how unsatisfactory this company operates. They will tell you that Unica Home refuses to respond to these numerous complaints. They even gave me the phone number to the Consumer Affairs department at the State Attorney General's office (702.486.7355) to file a further complaint.
For those previously deceived by this company, I urge you to all the Consumer Affairs phone number above and hopefully together, we can get this company shut down so they stop taking advantage of, lying to and even worse, stealing from customers.
This company put fraudulent charges on my credit card and refuse to address the issue. They are very deceptive in their practices (e.g. as numerous others have written in their reviews, they intentionally mislead you on lead times when they know full well they cannot meet the delivery times they represent they can). Unfortunately I was "won over" by the glossy website and didn't due the simple due diligence of calling BBB to check their references. Please don't make the same mistake.
There are numerous reputable companies out there selling the same merchandise as this one -- please save yourself future aggravation and use one of these other merchants instead of Unica Home.
