I ordered a bagless vacuun cleaner with a 54ft. cord. and recived a vacuum cleaner that needed a bag and had a 20ft. cord. I exchanged it for the one I needed. Spoke with customer service. Very nice, she gave me a 15% off my purchase.

Shopping Unbeatable Sale was the best online shopping expierence I've ever had. I Had the order very quickly and it was just as I thought it would be. In fact I got my order so quickly I wasn't even expecting it when it arrived. And it was at such a great price I couldn't pass on it, I had spent weeks looking in stores and catologs as well as the internet for a wireless rain guauge that was reasonably priced and looked like it could stand being outside. I bought from it at the first of December planning on pushing getting my order in time for christmas but that was far from the truth, cause like I stated before I had the order before I knew it! I the worried that rain gauge might not work properly but that too is the farthest thing from the truth, my dad who I gave it to for christmas is so happy with it and says it works great!! I tell all my friends about it when they are looking for hard to find items or a good deal on stuff. And I plan on shopping there again.

I used American Express points to order a Samsung CD/DVD player online from Unbeatable Sale for my parents during the Christmas holidays. I had never heard of the store, but assumed it was reputable given American Express chose the store as a partner.

I was informed promptly via email about my order when it was placed. After a few days, I had not received an email regarding when the product would ship. I called customer service and the person who helped me was well informed and quickly looked into my order.

She told me that the order had been placed and that it would be shipped shortly. When it did ship, she sent me an email along with tracking information. I received the order well ahead of time and am very satisfied with the responsive customer service I received from the store. I would definitely order from them again.
