I ordered what TonerMAX called a genuine Samsung toner cartridge--their web site even showed a Samsung factory box. What they sent was a shoddily-filled no-name refill wrapped in multiple UPS mailing envelopes (guess they use those as free packing material) with blue toner spilling out all over the envelopes. I will NEVER order from TonerMAX again. Don't believe their web site!

The TonerMAX website could use some improvement to make products searches/selection easier, but the check out procedure is painless. I have ordered cartridges from TonerMAX twice, and both times, my ordered was received surprisingly fast! Great Job and Great Prices.

The prices offered on this website are very competitive.:) However, I received the products before getting a tracking #. Since time was of the essence I was satisfied with the quick delivery. However, I felt i was in the dark on the actual ship dates and delivery date. I was unable to give clear and accurate information to the person who would be using the product. I received the tracking number two days after the package arrived.

Ordered toner via shopping.com search for $52.64 and within an hour of purchasing found that I could purchased the same items from tonermax for $47.42 via shopzilla. Contacted Tonermax and they blew me off. Will use shopzilla and other vendor for future purchases.

Vendor sent defective, recycled (not new brand name as advertised) cartridge. They DO NOT have a live support person as advertised. Their phone number IS DISCONNECTED WITH NO NEW NUMBER LISTED. As of this review, the vendor has not contacted me about the return of the defective product.

As of today 4-18-08 the vendor remains unresponsive. I have found out that Tonermax and Panda wholesale are part of a co. called "Impro Corporation", founded by a Wayan Garvey. This business brokers "surplus business equipment" (take that to mean whatever you want).

After researching this company I came up with one phone number that somebody answered: 412-924-8619. This person promised to get the ball rolling on my complaint a week ago. So far nothing more has happened, and it is now one month since my original order.

Be very skeptical about buying from this compnay. The only thing they have done well is to take my money.

TonerMax originally shipped one incorrect part, but corrected the error as soon as I made them aware of it. The only (minor) complaint was that they did not inform me via return email that they were shipping the correct part. TonerMax is a reputable company that I will undoubtedly do business with again in the near future.

Check out reviews at pronto.com and bizrate.com. Same negative stuff as here. RedTagToner.com Improcorp.com and tonermax.com are all the same company. I dealt with RedTag several times with good results but the last two times were a rip off. Apparently the company has been sold to a bunch of crooks. Report to FBI if you had the same problem.

Horrible experience. Website said the have the product in stock, so I placed an order. Credit card charged right away, received order confirmation. Emailed to find out when it would ship, tried to make sure the item is indeed in stock. Need product in somewhat of a hurry. Received canned email message that product will ship within 24 hours. Over 48 hours later, no confirmation that product is available to ship or has shipped. Canned responses to emails. No response to phone calls. Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a #95 HP Tri-color inkjet cartridge and was shipped expired product. The date on the outside of the package is "SEP06" and expiration date printed on the cartridge is 2007/03/02. It appears to be a cartridge that was probably originally sold in combination with a printing or paper kit.
I FAILED TO READ OTHERS OPINIONS FIRST FOR THIS MERCHANT.
They are not responding to my e-mails.

The "Genuine HP Inkjet Cartridge" he sent was a year and a half past expiration date. Although the outer box - the one that has the expiration date clearly printed on it - was pictured on his web site, it wasn't shipped with the cartridge. Luckily I can interpret the date code on the foil wrapper. He promptly sent a replacement cartridge, also expired, and didn't include the promised return shipping label. After he stopped answering my emails, I disputed the charge on my credit card. He wrote them back a one line explanation that had nothing to do with the situation, and managed to put the burden back on me. What a slippery character!

I received confirmation of shipping, but when I went to track it, tracking site said it was invalid number. I e-mail supplier, they kicked back an auto responder telling me they would get back to me w/i 24 hours. That never happened. I did receive the product. Product was shipped in original box, UPS crushed box, but when I checked product it did not appear damaged. I would recommend that they ship product in a larger box with packing material to protect item. Otherwise experience was very good and I would recommend vendor.

These guys are a joke. They advertise new products and sell refills. They even include a note in the shipment saying that because they were unable to ship in original packaging (duh) they'll offer a 10% refund. They include no contact info and after tracking down their phone # they have a canned answer telling you not to leave a message.
Avoid this company at all costs!
