Tried several times to call vendor and only received voicemail. E-mails were followed up with a ticket number and a note that our e-mail would be answered within 24 hours which were answered, but I thought the voicemail being always on was unacceptable.

I ordered ink for my printer and waited 8 days before I emailed them to find out where it was. They emailed back and said that they didn't have it in stock and ordered the product and that they would have it by the end of the week and send it to me once they received. it. I still have not received it yet and I am disappointed that it will most likely be 2.5 weeks of waiting by the time I receive it. The website said they had 9 in stock and I ordered 4...

I ordered Xerox 6350 replacement Fuser. It came in Bubble wrap and not in a sealed Xerox Box. I called Tonermax and Spoke to James(the owner). He said they don't guarantee a factory sealed box. I asked him to send me one in a sealed box, and pick this one up. He refused and hung up the phone on me.I am a first time customer,do you think i would ever use them again?!

Their web-site was very incomplete - no way to see the order status or follow up on my order. No shipping/tracking number was provided so I have no idea where my order is or when I will receive it!! The promised 3-5 business days is a joke. I still have not received my toner cartridge. E-mail is the only way to contact the company and the do seem to respond to that but will limited information!

The only disappointment I had was that the box that the toner came in did not have prepaid return postage handling. Other boxes from other suppliers in the past did provide for the return of the used cartridge.

The first order I placed with TonerMax was similar to the second. Over a weekend. My first order was processed and delivered on a Tuesday. Two days total. HOwever this second order experience was different. The order was placed and then it was four days before it was processed for shipping and the shipping for one cartridge was five days and the others have yet to arrive seven days and waiting although I got a shipping notice!!! I am curious as to what could have changed?? Thanks

We placed our order on February 5 and as of today, February 18, we still do not have it. The Xerographic module we received was initially lost in shipping ... then when it arrived, it was defective. Also, the "collector bottle" that came with it was filthy and covered in toner. This is not what we expected, so our experience has not been a very positive one. You really need a MAYBE in #7 above. Depending on the outcome of this transaction, we may or may not choose this supplier again. Our phone conversations have been friendly and professional ... but the problem rewmains - we still don't have the product and all the work scheduled for this machine remains undone.

The experience was bad. After submitting my order online I received an automated response. On the next business day I received an order number. The website says that orders will be delivered in 2-5 business days. I emailed them after 5 business days to which they told me that they were just processing my order and that they would send me a tracking number. I never received a tracking number and I emailed the about it to which they never responded. I eventually received my order 12 business days after I ordered it - 2.5 weeks in total waiting - still with no answer from them. The product is great but the delay does not match what they have on their website and not geting a response from that was not appreciated.
