Lousy, Lousy, Lousy!!  Horrible customer service.  Not willing to deal with an error on their part and they canceled order without my consent.  They mis-advertised item at wrong price and just told me it was backordered.  I waited and waited for compatible cartridge and was told one day it shipped, the next that the order was canceled.  They were not willing to ship out compatible item overnight at their expense even though this was their error and I waited a week for the toner!!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with on the Internet.  For over 30 days I have request a replacement toner cartridge, which has not worked, on my laser printer.  They claimed more than once replacement has shipped and it never has. Have a hard time understanding on the phone what they are saying --- strong accent. Lie after lie after lie.  Requested my money back, but we will see what happens now.

Have ordered three times from this company. With the third order, the cartridges leaked so bad that we needed to have the printer serviced and we decided we couldn't afford to use these cartridges any more. When I called to return, the representative lied and told me they were not returnable, that they would only replace them. This conflicted with what was printed on their website, so I told the representative that but he continued to say that was not the policy. I had to email a pdf version of the policy to the company and finally they decided to comply. A month later and they have still not returned the money even though they have had the cartridges shipped ups, confirmed and received by 'herbie'. Do not order from this company unless you really want to take a chance and go through a complicated and suspicious ordeal. By the way - the phones at this company get very bad and inaudible about five minutes after you start a call. Highly suspect, I believe the phones are stationed in the Phillipines. ONE of the WORST customer service experiences I have had to deal with.

The delivery speed was great, the order came great, well packaged. The customer service was horrible. Two of my toners leaked. I had to wait one month before receiving another one. They refused to exchange for OEM toners and had to take a restocking fee off even though they told me they would not. It was not my fault that the toners leaked. The toners damaged my imaging drum and almost damaged my printer! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
