my favorite pipe tobacco is mango tango, it would be nice if they had small packages of all there other blends so I could try them all, then the ones I like would order pound bags. its a shame, I would like to buy differnent blends, but afraid I would not like them. so I only order twice a year. and buy the other blends from the local pipe store.which are really not my favorite, but its a change, sure would like to test the other blends

Finding your gift certificates should be a little easier...it should have its own prompt on your home page and you shouldnt have to go through the gift pages etc, to get to it. Other than that, no problems, It is a good gift for someone who would like to choose themselves what to purchase.

The shipping was a bit tardy, which is not the best for perishable items like tobacco. Also, I noticed that the pipe tobacco, although fresh, was more fragrant at the store. I suggest they vaccum pack their tobacco before shipping. The price however, was half of what you would pay in the store for the same products. So, overall, it was a good shopping experience and a user-friendly website.

I placed my order and could not believe how fast I received my order. Although due to my fault, after my phone call, I failed to see that part of my order was not available at time of shipment. So I wanted to see out of curiousity, how tracking worked and it worked excellent! TinderBox sent me 7" premium cigars that I did not order, at NO CHARGE. Donald K.
