Pros:  Online and no waiting around the mall.

Cons:  No Po Box delivery.

The Bottom Line:  Since I can't use the real store, I will always use this site for my special gifts.

When I lived up in the Bay Area, CA, there a a ton of local malls and each one had a Things Remembered Store. As far back as me being 16 and working, I bought gifts at my local TRS. Well now I live in a small area and the nearest mall is over 70 miles round trip. And that mall has no Things Remembered. They have a copy-kat store and it is awfull.

Thanks to TazzyFoxy I found my favorite store, online. This was a while ago and after using it twice I feel sure enough to write on the site now.

There is a 15% off discount on your first purchase. To order online you must create an account, but once this is done you do not have to fill in Bill To or Ship To, again, unless the ship to IS different. There is a wonderful 800 # in case you run into an ordering problem. 1-800-274-7367 is the toll free customer service # or you can e-mail your problem to customerservice@thingsremembered.com.

The worst is that your address on your credit card has to match the billing address. We do not have mail service in our town, so everybody has a Po Box. I have asked and they recommend that your CC bill have both addresses and then when you fill in the Billing Address that is okay. The other worry I had my first time is that the gift getter had a Po Box as well in another town. That person lives out in the mountains and he didn't have mail service either, nor UPS delivery. (I didn't know that) But UPS did call my dad and they arranged a drop off place at the local Post Office. I don't know if everyone will be this lucky, but at least you know that some UPS people care that they deliver their packages.

You do have to have an account to even see the proposed final price of your purchases. But with the info below you should have an idea of the cost. TR-online accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.You will have to have the CID# handy to finalize your purchase. That CID# is the final 3/4 digit # on the back of your card where you are SUPPOST to sign your card.
