I ordered it at about 4 am on Sunday, got it at 11 am on Tuesday, already have purchased $281 from this site again tonight and received an additional 10% off to make it $253, which is always nice to receive extra money off products that are already discounted items. Selected snowboard boots were not in stock. A House rep called me to inform me of this status the next business day and reccommended a similar upgrade boot for the same sale price I would have paid for the out of stock boots. The whole transaction was handled professionally with a very caring customer service rep. Other order of snowboard boot bindings was perfect and shipped in 2 days! We ordered a snowboard--it was backordered until the 28th. On the 28th we got an email saying they were unable to fulfill our order. We went online to search for the borad somewhere else, and discovered it was still for sale the the house, with a different backorder date, so we ordered it again.
